This beautiful, Australian made caramelised balsamic vinegar can be used to drizzle over salads, fruit, vegetables, cheese or ice-cream.
Add 1 – 2 tablespoons to tomato-based sauces to add a rich flavour. You can also use it baste meat while cooking.
